At AIR 9,000 (General/Open), Round 1 of MCC 2025 had government seats in 10 clinical branches, including Ortho, OBG, Gen Surgery. Derm, Gen Med, Paeds came within reach only in later rounds. Radiology, Family Med closed before this rank at every government college.

Is rank 9,000 enough for a government seat?
21 of 23 branches had at least one government seat for General/Open at or after this rank in 2025, counting all rounds. DNB and deemed seats add more options.
